So this morning at about 8:30 we got a call from the IMB giving us good news. We've been invited to take the next step in the application process! To be sure, this doesn't mean that we are accepted as IMB missionaries just yet, but it does mean that God is continuing to open doors as we go along in this process. The next step will be matching up with a job overseas, gaining medical clearance, and being approved by the trustees in January. Please pray that:

• God would continue to open doors
• We would get final medical clearance-- there are certain things that need to happen before this can happen
• We would be faithful to listen to God's voice above all others
• God would continue to strengthen our marriage
• The church would be broken over the complete "lost-ness" of those overseas as well as at home and would act accordingly
• We "would walk circumspectly, redeeming the time, because the days are evil"
